Greene finished the game with a limited stat line, throwing two incompletions on two attempts. Nicco Marchiol replaced Greene and completed six passes on nine attempts for 60 yards and a touchdown. Marchiol earned a 159.3 passer rating and completed 67% of his throws.

Hopefully for Greene we are dealing with a bad ankle sprain as best case, high ankle sprain would be next best case, torn Achilles would be worst case scenario and season ending for Greene. I do believe that this team can compete with Nicco moving forward if Brown will cut the restraining straps off, game plan for Nicco, and CUT HIM LOOSE and let him play football. This kid is a highly recruited talented pocket passer who will have the benefit of a good offensive line to protect him.

I am more concerned with the status of C J Donaldson.
