Jaysean Paige Joins Best Virginia for 2022 TBT
Best Virginia, West Virginia’s alumni team, announced on Tuesday that Jaysean Paige will be joining the team for the 2022 TBT Tournament.
Paige played at WVU from 2014-16.

During his time at West Virginia, Paige helped the Mountaineers to two NCAA Tournament appearances, with a Sweet 16 appearance in 2015. Paige (6-foot-2) averaged 13.7 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.5 steals during his senior campaign.
Paige has been playing professional basketball ever since the concussion of his collegiate career. The New York native most recently played with the Maine Celtics, an NBA G-League team. Back in January, Paige was called up to play with the Detroit Pistons on a 10-day NBA contract.
Paige played with Best Virginia back in 2019.
Last year, Best Virginia made their second appearance in the TBT, the first being in 2019. The former Mountaineers made a trip to the Sweet 16 before losing to Team 23, the eventual runner-ups of the tournament.
