Kickoff Time, Network Announced for WVU Football at Kansas

As the WVU football team tries to prepares for the 108th Backyard Brawl, there’s now some news about their next opponent after Pitt.

The game time for West Virginia at Kansas on Sept. 20 has been set. The Mountaineers and Jayhawks will air nationally on FS1 and kickoff at 6 pm ET.

Currently, WVU is 1-1 and coming off a tough loss to the Ohio Bobcats. West Virginia will welcome the Pitt Panthers in for a Week 3 showdown in Morgantown.

The once-proud WVU football program will now attempt to dig themselves out of this hole following one of the most embarrassing losses in school history.

Unfortunately for West Virginia, oddsmakers aren’t too optimistic about their chances of making that happen with a big win over their arch rival.

As for Kansas, the Jayhawks are 2-1 after falling to a non conference rival of their own in No. 25 Missouri. Kansas has wins over Fresno State and Wagner.
