Last night, former Mountaineer starting pitcher Alek Manoah toed the rubber for the Vancouver Canadians and had another solid performance striking out seven batters in three innings of work and did not give up a run.

Manoah is being limited on number of innings, due to the high volume of innings he pitched for the Mountaineers in the spring. He’s made three appearances so far and has registered 12 strikeouts in six innings allowing only two hits and no runs.

He currently ranks as the Toronto Blue Jays 4th best prospect according to MLB.com.
