Network, Time Scheduled for West Virginia’s Game at Texas

A game that has now become a necessary win for both teams finally has a network and time.

West Virginia’s matchup with Texas in Austin will be broadcast nationally on FS1 and kickoff at 7:30 pm on Saturday night October 1.

The Long Horns are now 2-2 after a loss to Texas Tech in overtime. Prior to their loss to the Red Raiders, Texas was ranked 22nd with their only loss being a 1-point heartbreaker to Alabama. The game saw Texas Tech outscore Texas 13-3 in the fourth quarter and overtime combined.

On the other hand, WVU, also now 2-2, is coming off their biggest win of the season and a successful defense of the Black Diamond Trophy over Virginia Tech in Blacksburg.
