West Virginia Has In-Home Visit With Virginia Tech 2022 Commit

Neal Brown and his staff had a potentially important in-home visit Thursday evening.

The WVU staff were in Virginia meeting with 2022 3-star running back Ramon Brown, who’s currently committed to Virginia Tech. However, with the coaching change with the Hokies program, Brown is considering all of his options.

The timing of the visit could be important because Brown (5’11”, 200) is scheduled to make his official visit this weekend to Virginia Tech, who will no doubt do what they can to get him to keep his commitment. Aside from West Virginia, Brown also hosted the coaching staff from South Carolina.

WVU is looking to add a running back to their 2022 recruiting class following the de-commitment of Georgia 4-star running back Justin Williams.

Brown was a heavily recruited back before committing to the Hokies program in July, as he held offers from Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, North Carolina, Penn State, Rutgers, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Wake Forest.
