West Virginia pulls scholarship from wide receiver commit

Published

on

This continues to be one of the most interesting recruiting cycles we have ever witnessed. Multiple players have been pulled of their scholarship offers the last couple weeks and today, yet another was pulled.

Wide receiver Isaiah Hazel (6’1” 190 lbs) of Upper Marlboro, Maryland was stripped of his offer following his official visit on senior night vs Oklahoma.

Hazel committed to Maryland this morning.  He becomes the 5th decommit of the class and trims the recruiting class, although West Virginia just picked up wide receiver Terence Doston.

The early signing period begins on December 19th.
