WVU Football Enters Big Time Battle for 2027 4-Star Edge Rusher
In an effort to build a strong 2027 class to follow the success of this year’s group, the WVU football staff extended an offer to a four-star edge rusher on Tuesday.
Considered a top North Carolina prospect, Rashad Streets attends Millbrook High School in Raleigh, N.C.
Listed at 6-foot-4 and 230 pounds, Streets is ranked as a four-star recruit and top five prospect by multiple national outlets. He revealed his West Virginia offer on social media.

WVU defensive line coach William Green called Streets directly to inform him of the Mountaineers’ interest.
Streets’ West Virginia offers only adds to his already impressive list. So far, he’s received offers from major programs Alabama, Arizona, Arizona State, Arkansas, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Louisville, Maryland, Miami (FL), Michigan, Michigan State, Missouri, North Carolina State, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Notre Dame, Oregon, Penn State, SMU, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, USC and Wisconsin. Some Group of 5 schools like Charlotte, Coastal Carolina, Liberty and Troy have entered the mix as well.
