WVU Football Trying to Beat Other P4s for Coastal Carolina DE
Even though most of West Virginia’s transfer additions have been reported or announced, a few more players will be added as well. A player at a position of need even revealed a recent offer from the WVU football staff over the weekend.
Coast Carolina defensive end Ezekiel Durham-Campbell posted about his West Virginia offer on Sunday. He entered the transfer portal on Jan. 6.ย

Durham-Campbell, listed at around 6-foot-5 and 247 pounds, played for Coastal Carolina in 2025 after spending the prior two seasons at Louisiana Tech. In 2025, he recorded 39 total tackles, deflected a pass and forced two fumbles. He picked up 21 total tackles in two years with Louisiana Tech.
The Georgia native started his college career at LenoirโRhyne University, making 23 tackles in 11 games in 2022.ย
He was a first-team all-state and all region selection at Marietta High School.
Baylor, Kentucky, SMU, Syracuse and UCF have also extended offers to Durham-Campbell.
