2023 4-Star WR Traylon Ray Signs National Letter of Intent with West Virginia
Four-star wide receiver Traylon Ray (6-foot-3, 186-pounds) has signed his national letter of intent to West Virginia today. Ray is rated as a four-star recruit from both ESPN and On3 while Rivals and 247Sports have him listed as a three-star recruit.
Ray comes to West Virginia from North Florida Christian High School in Tallahassee, Florida. Despite being a four-star recruit to two different outlets, his highest ranking in the state of Florida is No. 39, according to On3.

He falls in the top 100 in the state for both ESPN (No. 82) and 247Sports (No. 98) as well whereas Rivals doesn’t have him ranked in the state. All four have him as a top 100 wide receiver nationally though, with On3 ranking him the highest at No. 29 and 247Sports and Rivals ranking him the lowest at No. 84.
Ray committed to West Virginia back on November 4 of this past year.
