Buffalo Safety Transfer Keyshawn Cobb Receives Offer from WVU

On a day that’s about the 2023 recruiting class, West Virginia is also still putting energy into looking at experienced players in the Transfer Portal.
And one of them, safety Keyshawn Cobb, announced he received an offer from the Mountaineers. Cobb is a Buffalo transfer with only the 2022 season under his belt as far as playing time.
Blessed to have received an offer

Cobb recorded 67 total tackles, 36 solo, 31 assists and an interception for the Bulls. He is listed at six foot and 200 pounds and is an Atlanta, Georgia product.
The secondary is an obvious area of need for WVU in 2023 and beyond. WVU made a push for four-star cornerback Amare Snowden, but he decided on going to Wisconsin.
