2024 3-Star DB Receives Offer from WVU Football

WVU Football DB recruit Corey Myrick

WVU football head coach Neal Brown and his Mountaineers coaching staff have officially extended an offer to three-star recruit Corey Myrick.

Myrick, a member of the Class of 2024 and a defensive back at Colerain High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, posted the news of the offer on his Twitter account Monday night.

Along with the Mountaineers, Myrick has accumulated 16 other Division I offers, including Ohio, Marshall, Central Michigan and Bowling Green.

Myrick has also visited West Virginia on two occasions.

During his junior campaign this past fall, Myrick compiled 50 tackles and three interceptions. The 6-foot-2, 170-pound recruit also tallied a blocked punt and a touchdown.

Myrick is the 124th-ranked cornerback in the nation and the No. 52 overall player in Ohio according to 247Sports. He competed in the Rivals Camp Series in March and the Under Armour Next Camp series in May.
