2025 3-Star CB Receives Offer from WVU Football Program

The WVU football program is making sure future recruits are aware of their interest. On Thursday, West Virginia sent an offer to a three-star 2025 cornerback prospect out of New Jersey.

Naiim Parrish announced his offer from the Mountaineers by revealing that WVU defensive line coach Andrew Jackson called him with the news. Listed at 5-foot-11 and 165 pounds, Parrish attends Bergen Catholic High School in Oradell, New Jersey.

With two years left of high school, Parrish is already ranked as one of the top 25 players in New Jersey and top 50 at his position in the country by multiple outlets. Parrish’s best ranking comes from 247 Sports, who have him as the number 12 recruit in the state and the number 31 cornerback nationwide.

Mostly being viewed as a cornerback, Parrish also has experience at wide receiver and is a dual-sport athlete.

WVU is the first offer Parrish posted about since gaining one from Tennessee on July 31. Throughout his recruitment, programs like Boston College, Duke, Michigan State, Penn State, Syracuse, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin have all stood out as options early options for Parrish.
