BREAKING: Mountaineers land wide receiver transfer from Temple
Just moments ago, the West Virginia coaching staff received news that Temple wide receiver Sean Ryan will transfer to the program.
Ryan nabbed 12 receptions for 162 yards and one touchdown in 2018 and recorded three catches for 44 yards vs Duke in their bowl game. He adds size to the receiver room checking in at 6’4″ 195 lbs and could help snag some 50/50 balls with that frame.
Hardest decision I’ve ever made 💔I will be headed to THE West Virginia University 🙏🏽…..@NealBrown_WVU @bmbnntt @WVUfootball #Templemade pic.twitter.com/5cOgVNB2Xl

It is assumed that he will be eligible immediately for the 2019 season, but will have to wait to hear from the NCAA. He will have four years to play three.
