BREAKING: Sagaba Konate to stay in NBA Draft, won’t return to WVU
Just moments ago, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reported that he received confirmation from West Virginia junior forward Sagaba Konate that he will remain in the NBA Draft and not return to school.
This comes to no surprise, as it seems he was dead set on moving on professionally, but there was still a very slim chance he could return
Konate is projected as a late 2nd round pick to possibly being undrafted by numerous mock drafts.
He will finish his career as the all-time leading shot blocker with 191 blocked shots. He also averaged 8.0 points per game and 5.5 rebounds per game over his career.
