Former Mountaineer quarterback Jack Allison has announced that he has signed with West Liberty University to play his final season of eligibility.

Allison entered the transfer portal on Nov. 5. Allison was the primary backup to Austin Kendall at the beginning of the season. Allison came to West Virginia after spending his freshman season at the University of Miami.

In his WVU career, Allison threw for 497 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions. He started the Camping World Bowl at the end of the 2018 season and played the majority of the Iowa State game during the 2019 season.

Allison graduated from WVU in December and will go to West Liberty as a graduate transfer.
