On Thursday afternoon, West Virginia added another transfer player. Junior college edge rusher Keenan Eck is hoping the WVU football staff will help him elevate his game.

Eck announced his commitment on social media. He comes from Citrus College and still has three years left of eligibility.

The 6-foot-2, 235-pound pass rusher totaled 26 tackles, six sacks and forced one fumble in 2024.

Before Citrus, Eck began his career at Division II Black Hills State in South Dakota. As a freshman, he made 13 tackles, 8.5 tackles for a loss and recorded 8.5 sacks.

Eck picked the Mountaineers over offers from programs like Eastern Illinois, Montana, San Diego State, Southern Utah and Texas State.
