Kickoff Time Announced for WVU’s Big 12 Opener at Oklahoma State

It was announced this morning that West Virginia’s Big 12 opener against Oklahoma State will kick off from Stillwater, Oklahoma at 3:30 p.m. EST. The game will be televised on either ABC or ESPN.

West Virginia (1-0) was victorious in its season opener this past weekend, defeating Eastern Kentucky 56-10. Meanwhile, Oklahoma State (0-0) had to postpone its scheduled game against Tulsa to Sept. 19.

When the Mountaineers and Cowboys met in Morgantown last season, OK State was victorious 20-13. It was senior day for WVU and Oklahoma State running back Chuba Hubbard ran for 106 yards on the West Virginia defense.

In 2018 in Stillwater, WVU also lost 45-41. Hubbard ran for 134 yards in that game and Cowboy quarterback Taylor Cornelius threw for 338 yards and five touchdowns.
