Former Clemson cornerback LeAnthony Williams announced Wednesday that he will transfer to Marshall for his final two seasons of eligibility.

Williams, a former four-star recruit in 2017 currently listed at 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds, appeared in 11 games for the Tigers in both 2019 and 2019. For his career at Clemson, Williams tallied 22 tackles in 264 snaps played.

Wednesday was a big day for the future at Marshall as the Thundering Herd also received a commitment from Class of 2022 quarterback Peter Zamora.
