Mountaineers Land Ohio Lineman

On Thursday evening, class of 2018 offensive lineman Blaine Scott took to Twitter to announce he was committing to West Virginia.

Scott – a high three-star recruit – committed to Ole Miss in May before re-opening his recruitment in July and the Mountaineers took advantage.

The Portsmouth (OH) Sciotoville product holds over 30 offers, but has long been considered a West Virginia lean since visiting Morgantown in late July. Scott becomes the 19th commit for the 2018 class for the Mountaineers and plans to enroll early in December.
