Official Visitors To West Virginia Football This Weekend

With the recruiting restrictions enforced by COVID-19 lifted nationwide Tuesday, West Virginia has begun to return to some normalcy. That, of course, means the return of recruits officially visiting Morgantown, West Virginia after over a year of inaction.

Here’s who WVU has planned to visit Morgantown this coming weekend (June 4-6).

Jaden Mangham 

Jaden Mangham is a 2022 4-star athlete from Wylie E. Groves High School in Franklin, Michigan. Mangham (6-foot-3, 185 pounds) plays as a wide receiver and safety for the Falcons.

Mangham also has offers from Georgia Tech, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Alabama, Baylor, Cincinnati, Colorado, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Southern, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa State, Kansas, Kent State, Kentucky, Maryland, Miami, Minnesotam Nebraska, Oregon, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Purdue, San Diego State, Tennessee, Toledo, UNLV, Virginia Tech, Washington State, Western Michigan, Akron, Bowling Green and Central Michigan.

As a 4-star recruit, Mangham ranks as a top-10 recruit in the state of Michigan and top-300 in the country.

Mumu Bin-Wahad 

Mumu Bin-Wahad is a 2022 3-star safety from Grayson High School in Loganville, Georgia. Bin-Wihad (6-foot, 180 pounds) played as a safety for the Rams.

Bin-Wahad recorded 24 tackles and three tackles for loss while leading the team with eight passes defended and tied for second with three interceptions in 2020.

Bin-Wahad also has offers from Georgia Tech, Michigan, Nebraska, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Penn State, South Carolina, TCU, UCF, Cincinnati, Akron, Arizona State, Arkansas, Arkansas State, Boston College, Buffalo, FIU, Florida Atlantic, Kansas, Kent State, Liberty, Louisville, Minnesota, Syracuse, UAB, UNLV, Virginia and Wake Forest.

Jacolby Spells 

Jacolby Spells is a 2022 4-star athlete from American Heritage High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Spells (5-foot-11, 170 pounds) plays running back and safety for the Patriots.

Spells recorded 52 all-purpose yards while racking up 32 tackles and one interception in 2020.

Spells also has offers from Indiana, Miami, Syracuse, Arizona State, Arkansas, Auburn, Cincinnati, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Southern, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Lousiville, LSU, Memphis, Michigan State, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Penn State, Texas A&M, UCF, UAB, Vanderbilt and Virginia.

Jacob Holmes 

Jacob Holmes is a 2022 3-star defensive lineman from Chandler High School in Chandler, Arizona. Holmes (6-foot-3, 280 pounds) plays defensive tackle and defensive end for the Wolves.

Holmes recorded 23 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, four sacks and a forced fumble and recovery reach in 2020.

Holmes also has offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado State, Fresno State, Idaho, Oregon State, San Diego State and Utah State.

Wesley Bissainthe 

Wesley Bissainthe is a 2022 4-star linebacker from Miami Central High School in Miami, Florida. Bissainthe (6-foot-1, 200 pounds) plays outside and middle linebacker for the Rockets.

Bissainthe is just outside the top-100 in national prospects while he ranks inside the top-15 in national linebackers and in-state recruits.

Bissainthe also has offers from Miami, Penn State, Florida State, Alabama, Arizona State, Arkansas, Auburn, Cincinnati, Florida, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisville, LSU, Maryland, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Pittsburgh, South Carolina, Syracuse, Tennessee, Tennessee State, Texas, UCF and USC.

Ramon Brown

Ramon Brown is a 2022 4-star running back from Manchester High School in Midlothian, Virginia. Brown (5-foot-11, 200 pounds) plays running back for the Lancers.

Brown led Manchester with 871 rush yards in just seven games while catching seven passes for 74 yards and 14 total touchdowns. A top-200 recruit nationally, Brown is a top-10 recruit in the state of Virginia.

Brown also has offers from Maryland, Penn State, South Carolina, Virginia Tech, Kentucky, Liberty, Michigan, Michigan State, North Carolina, Rutgers, Virginia, Wake Forest and Temple.

Maurice Hamilton 

Maurice Hamilton is a 2022 3-star offensive lineman from Cleveland High School in Cleveland, Ohio. Hamilton (6-foot-4, 345 pounds) plays offensive line and nose guard for the Tigers.

Hamilton is a top-750 recruit nationally while he’s a top-25 recruit in the state of Ohio.

Hamilton also has offers from Akron, Bowling Green, Eastern Michigan, Iowa State, Kent State, Purdue and Toledo.

Christion Stokes 

Christion Stokes is a 2022 3-star athlete from Harper Wood High School in Harper Wood, Michigan. Stokes (6-foot-0, 180 pounds) plays running back and cornerback for the Pioneers.

Stokes is a top-500 recruit nationally and a top-15 recruit in the state of Michigan.

Stokes also has offers from Iowa, Michigan State, Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, Buffalo, Central Michigan, Cincinnati, Eastern Kentucky, Kansas, Kent State, Maryland, Minnesota, Penn State, Syracuse and Western Michigan.

Torren Wright 

Torren Wright is a 2022 4-star linebacker from A L Brown High School in Kannapolis, North Carolina. Wright (6-foot-3, 215 pounds) plays wide receiver and linebacker for the Wonders.

Wright is a top-250 recruit nationally and the seventh-ranked recruit in the state of Michigan.

Wright also has offers from Duke, Kentucky, North Carolina State, South Carolina, Akron, East Carolina, Liberty, Michigan and Old Dominion. Wright has named Duke, NC State and WVU as his top three considered schools.
