Virginia Receiver Commits to Mountaineers

Published

on

On Monday evening, South County (Lorton, Va.) receiver Dillon Spalding announced his commitment to West Virginia over Michigan.

Spalding visited Morgantown in October and then later took to Twitter in November to announce he would be making his final decision between the Mountaineers and the Wolverines.

At 6-foot-1 and 216-pounds, Spalding isn’t the biggest player on the field but uses his frame well as a possession receiver. The future Mountaineer runs precise routes and attacks the ball with aggression to come down with a catch.

The 2018 class for West Virginia is starting to take shape and Spalding may be a steal for the Mountaineers.
