Watch: Culver, Harler Talk About Defeating K-State, Playing Through Big 12 Schedule

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – In their rematch with the Kansas State Wildcats, the Mountaineers were victorious at home winning 66-57. Sophomore Derek Culver led all players with 19 points and 14 rebounds, his fifth double-double of the season. He said the team was just better prepared to play than the last time they took on the Wildcats. Chase Harler was second on the team with eight points, making two three-pointers. Harler said the young West Virginia team is learning what it is like to go through the Big 12 schedule, traveling and playing two games every week.
