Watch: WVU-Penn State Game Interrupted by TD Scoring Squirrel

In 1925, Penn State purchased four eastern grey squirrels to help populate their campus. Nearly 100 years later, one such squirrel has finally broke down barriers by becoming the first of its kind to score a touchdown at Beaver Stadium, at least in a nationally televised game.
And West Virginia had the honor of being there to witness it on Saturday night. What literally happened is a squirrel interrupted the game by running on the field. Video of said squirrel can be found below.

It appears toward the end of the video that the squirrel wanted to return to his forestry roots, and was simply searching for a Mountaineer to take him home.
