**A third offer today from WVU to a player in Michigan as this one goes to 2024 cornerback Wendell Smith Jr. from Detroit, Michigan. Smith also holds offers from Purdue, Eastern Michigan and Western Carolina.
Update (10:28 PM)-
**2023 3-star cornerback Amare Snowden receives an offer this afternoon from West Virginia. The native of Roseville, Michigan also holds offers from Bowling Green, Central Michigan, Liberty, Nebraska and Syracuse.

**Earlier today, West Virginia extended an offer to 2024 athlete Jacob Oden from Harper Woods High School in Harper Woods, Michigan. Oden (6’0″, 175) holds offers from Cincinnati, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Pitt, Purdue, Syracuse and Tennessee.

UPDATE (3:12 PM)-
**This latest offer from West Virginia is an interesting one as it goes to 2023 DL Thomas Collins (6’1″, 260) from Sweden. This becomes Collins third D-1 offer with the other two coming from Penn State and Florida Atlantic. Collins received the news from defensive coordinator/OLB Coach Jordan Lesley.

**The second offer of the day from West Virginia to an athlete from Florida. 2023 wide receiver Darion Domineck picks up an offer from Chad Scott. Domineck (6’4″, 185) is from Fleming Island High School in Orange Park, Florida and also holds offers from Miami, Central Florida and Middle Tennessee State.

**This morning, West Virginia extends an offer to 2023 athlete Creed Whittemore from F.W. Buchholz High School in Gainesville, Florida. This was big for Whittemore (5’11”, 175) because it was his first Power Five offer, with his other two coming from Troy and Arkansas State.
