WVU Baseball shut out the Kansas Jayhawks 4-0 behind Derek Clark’s third consecutive nine inning outing. The left-hander struck out seven batters and allowed just three hits, working the complete game in 123 pitches.
The Mountaineers opened the scoring with a double steal of second base and home, and Spencer Barnett, JJ Wetherholt and Brodie Kresser—who went 4-for-4 with a double—each added RBI singles throughout the game.
