3-star 2023 athlete Maureice Sherill Jr. (6-foot-0, 175 pounds) is scheduled to visit West Virginia on March 5th. Sherill (Nashville, Tennessee) currently only has one offer from Vanderbilt.
Update (8:49 PM)-
**West Virginia football extended offers to 2023 recruits wide receiver Olsen Patt Henry (6-foot-4, 210 pounds) and 3-star safety Elijah Thomas (6-foot-2, 190 pounds). Henry (Naples, Florida) also has offers from Boston College, Coastal Carolina, Duke, Liberty and Louisville while Thomas (St. Louis, Missouri) only has one other offer from Arkansas.

**West Virginia football extended an offer to 2023 4-star athlete Devan Houston (6-foot-5, 270 pounds). He is ranked as the 5th best prospect from Maryland and the 45th best defensive line prospect in the entire country by 247 Sports. Houston (Hagerstown, Maryland) has 18 total offers from Central Michigan, Connecticut, Duke, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan State, NC State, Norte Dame, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and Wisconsin.

**West Virginia football extended an offer to 2023 offensive tackle Gernorris “Sweettreat” Wilson (Lakeland, Florida). Wilson (6’5″, 305) also holds offers from Alcorn State, Cincinnati, Coastal Carolina, East Carolina, Florida Atlantic, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Missouri, Oregon, USF and UCF.

**West Virginia football extended an offer to 2023 outside linebacker Corey Lucius and 2023 3-star athlete Tamarcus Cooley. Cooley (Rolesville, North Carolina) also holds offers from Purdue, East Carolina, Coastal Carolina and James Madison. Lucius (Tampa, Florida) holds offers from Miami, Penn State, Pitt, South Florida and Central Florida.

**West Virginia football extended an offer to 2023 4-star defensive end/outside linebacker Jaybron Harvey from Southern High School in Durham, North Carolina. Harvey (6’3″, 215) holds offers from Arizona State, Coastal Carolina, Duke, Louisville, Michigan, North Carolina, Penn State, Rutgers, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest and Washington.

**West Virginia football extend an offer on Wednesday to 2023 3-star athlete Kevis Thomas from Lowndes High School in Valdosta, Georgia. Thomas (6’0″, 180) holds offers from Akron, Arkansas, Coastal Carolina, Iowa State, Louisville, Marshall, Toledo, South Florida, Maryland, Vanderbilt and Florida Atlantic.
