UPDATE – 4:17 p.m.

The Health Plan Mountaineer Invitational, scheduled for Oct. 19-20 has been postponed until April.

UPDATE – 1:50 p.m.

WVU has offered 2022 three-star offensive lineman Nelson Monegro from New Jersey. Monegro plays at Union City high school and is rated as a three-star recruit but both 247Sports and rivals. Both also have him as a top-30 recruit from New Jersey for the 2022 class.

Monegro also holds offers from Old Dominion, Arizona State, Akron, Central Michigan, Buffalo, Kentucky and Syracuse.

UPDATE – 1:07 p.m.

WVU has offered 2022 athlete A’Koury Lyde from New Jersey. Lyde plays for DePaul Catholic in Wayne, NJ and is currently unrated as a cornerback by 247Sports. Lyde also holds offers from Duke, Pitt, Boston College, Buffalo, Akron, Temple and Syracuse.

Former West Virginia wide receivers coach Xavier Dye got engaged yesterday.

UPDATE – 7 a.m.

Desmond Igbinosun, a 247Sports three-star athlete from Union, New Jersey, has a WVU offer in hand. Igbinosun, a high school senior, committed to Rutgers in May.
