WVU Football Lands 2026 Pass Rusher Previously Committed to Virginia Tech
The WVU football program landed its second commitment of the day and third from the weekend visits on Monday evening.
Kamdon Gillespie, who was previously committed to Virginia Tech, is now headed to West Virginia. Gillespie becomes WVU’s second pass rusher of the day, joining Carter Kesker.

Gillespie is listed at 6-foot-3 and 245 pounds and hails from Mooresville, N.C.
He also held offers from Appalachian State, Boston College, Charlotte, East Carolina, Georgia Southern, Georgia Tech, Jacksonville State, JMU, Kentucky, Liberty, Old Dominion, Troy, USF among others.
