WVU Football Sends Liberty Transfer DB His First Offer
The WVU football program is still trying to add transfer players, most notably to the defensive secondary. That’s why West Virginia jumped at the chance to send an offer to Liberty transfer Kobe Singleton.
WVU actually sent Singleton his first offer Wednesday morning. This was only one day after he announced his intentions to transfer. Singleton is transferring for the second time in his career.
