WVU G Seth Wilson is featured on the front cover of Lindy’s Sports magazine for the 2023-24 college basketball edition. Wilson is on the cover along with Georgetown’s Jay Heath, Maryland’s Jahmir Young, Pitt’s Blake Hinson and Virginia’s Reece Beekman.

Wilson (6-foot-1) appeared in 32 games during his sophomore season at West Virginia. Wilson averaged 4.2 points on 39% shooting from the field and 42% from three last year. Wilson scored in double figures against Texas Tech (15), Portland State (12), Baylor (11) and Buffalo (10). The Lorain, Ohio native had eight games of two or more threes made. Wilson had the option to enter the transfer portal after Bob Huggins’ resignation last month. The NCAA granted a 30-day window to all WVU basketball players without any penalty.

Wilson is entering his junior year and is expected a bigger role after Jose Perez and the team parted ways. College basketball analytics expected Wilson to take a jump in production this upcoming season. BartTorvik has Wilson as a top-five contributor, averaging over seven points per game. EvanMiya has Wilson as a top-four performer on WVU behind Jesse Edwards, Kerr Kriisa and RaeQuan Battle.

Wilson has two years of eligibility remaining with West Virginia’s program.
