WVU HC Rich Rodriguez on Jahiem White: ‘It Didn’t Look Good’
ATHENS, Ohio – Aside from briefly discussing his team’s poor effort in their 17-10 loss to Ohio, WVU head coach Rich Rodriguez provided an update on Jahiem White.
White left the game before halftime after a series of events that made Mountaineer fans fear for the worst. Rodriguez simply said “it didn’t look good from the sideline” when asked for a White update after the game. He then added he will learn more when he talks to the medical team.
White went down late in the first half after the combination of a horse caller and face mask sent him to the ground. He was eventually helped off the field and then carted to the locker room.
At the time of his exit, White had ran for 40 yards on six carries with a touchdown.
