WVU-TCU Game Postponed Due to COVID-19 Issues in Horned Frogs Program

On Wednesday morning, it was announced that the men’s basketball game between West Virginia and TCU game on Jan. 3 is going to be postponed due to COVID-19. The issues coming from the TCU program.

The game for next Monday was set to take place in Fort Worth, Texas. Both WVU and TCU are working with the Big 12 Conference to reschedule the game for a later date this season.

The Horned Frogs canceled their game on Wednesday against Texas Southern and postponed their game against Kansas on Saturday. Now, they’re forced to postpone another Big 12 game.

TCU is the only Big 12 school that is currently in COVID protocol.

West Virginia will still make the trip down to Austin to take on No. 17 Texas on New Year’s Day. Tipoff on Saturday is set for noon.
