On Wednesday morning, Baylor guard Dale Bonner entered the transfer portal with one year of eligibility remaining. Bonner started off his collegiate career at Fairmont State from 2019-21.

Bonner came off the bench for head coach Scott Drew for two seasons, teaming up with Fairmont, W. Va. native Jalen Bridges, who transferred from WVU last offseason. Bonner averaged 18.3 minutes during his two seasons at Baylor. The Cleveland, Ohio native averaged 4.7 points, 1.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists this past season.

Bonner averaged 21.2 points during his final year at FSU in 2020-21.

Baylor now has lost four players to the portal: Bonner, L.J. Cryer, Zach Loveday and Jordan Turner.
