Any WVU fan looking for something to watch on Christmas is in luck. Former Mountaineers will be all over the NBA’s full day of nationally televised premiere matchups.

First up, it’s Miles “Deuce” McBride and the Knicks at noon on ABC and ESPN as New York welcomes the 76ers. McBride has recently emerged as a key contributor to a surprise contending Knicks team. New York has lost two straight after eight consecutive wins.

It’s then a game that may force West Virginia fans to make a tough decision of which team to root for. Former player turned coach Joe Mazzulla leads the Celtics against fellow former Mountaineer Jevon Carter and the Milwaukee Bucks on ABC and ESPN at 5 pm EST.

Will Carter wake up and put up a dominating performance on this Christmas Day?

Finally, WVU fans will have a reason to cheer on defending champion Golden State since for West Virginia player and legacy Jonnie West (son of Jerry West) oversees the Warriors as Director of Basketball Operations. It’ll be Steph Curry and Ja Morant tipping off at 8 pm EST on ABC and ESPN.
