Parker was at Penn State for just the 2019 season. Prior to joining the Nittany Lions, he was the wide receivers coach at Duke in 2017 and 2018. He spent 2013-2016 at Purdue, 2011-12 at Marshall and 2008-10 at Tennessee-Martin.
This season West Virginia had co-offensive coordinators, Matt Moore and Chad Scott. Moore also coached the offensive line while Scott also coached running backs.
The Mountaineers had the worst scoring offense in the Big 12 this season, scoring just 247 points. They were also last in touchdowns (30) and second to last in field goals (13). West Virginia ranked six in the Big 12 in passing yards (2,984) and last in rushing yards (879).
