**West Virginia football extends an offer to 2023 4-star defensive end Monteque Rhames from Sumter, South Carolina. Rhames (6’6″, 23) is rated as one of the top 20 defensive ends and Top 170 juniors in the country. Rhames holds offers from Arizona State, Michigan, Michigan State, NC State, South Carolina and Virginia Tech.
