West Virginia Back on Bubble After Dropping Last Two Games

West Virginia finds themselves back on Joe Lunardi’s bubble after losing both games against Texas and Baylor in the latest road trip.
Lunardi has the Mountaineers as a 10-seed and in the “last four byes” category. West Virginia would face 7-seed Missouri with a potential matchup with 2-seed Arizona in Sacramento, Ca.

WVU enters Tuesday morning with a 15-11 (4-9 Big 12) overall record. The Mountaineers have won five of their previous nine games. West Virginia has knocked off Iowa State, TCU, Auburn and others in their quest to get back into the NCAA Tournament hunt.
West Virginia has five regular season games remaining: three at home, two on the road. WVU will host Texas Tech and Oklahoma State in back-to-back must-win games.
The Mountaineers and Red Raiders will tipoff on Saturday at noon on ESPNU.
