WVU basketball will play one of its three exhibition games against Maryland at 3 p.m. on Oct. 18, per an announcement by the team.

Outside of Maryland, the next two exhibitions feature two Division II teams from West Virginia with a trip to Glenville State on Oct. 23  while hosting Wheeling on Oct. 28.

In Hodge’s first year, West Virginia finished the season at 18-14 with a 9-10 Big 12 record, including 0-1 in the conference tournament. The Mountaineers finished with three straight wins, culminating in a College Basketball Crown Championship.
