WVU Football Reveals Final Uniform Combination of Regular Season

It’s only fitting for WVU to reveal their final regular season uniform combination of the year on a holiday since it’s such a big deal to West Virginia fans.

The Mountaineers will be looking tough as they seek their eighth win of the season. They will be wearing a blue on grey on blue set. That’s a blue helmet, grey jersey and blue pants. The logo on the helmet is in gold, but the numbers on the jersey are in black.

WVU added “iron sharpens iron” as the caption of a social media post with images of the uniform.

This comes a week after donning a more traditional look in their last home game. The 7-4 (5-3) West Virginia Mountaineers will meet the struggling 3-8 (2-6) Baylor Bears in Waco, Texas on Saturday night.

Oddsmakers are confident WVU will win comfortably in their final game of the season against Baylor and reach eight wins, but the Mountaineers know oddsmakers and “experts” can be wrong as well as anyone. The Bears only have pride to play for.

Kickoff for West Virginia vs. Baylor is set for 7 pm ET and the game will be televised nationally on FS1.
