Douglas played at WVU in 2015 and 2016. He had eight interceptions as a senior in 2016 and was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the third round of the 2017 NFL draft.
The Raiders are Douglas’s third NFL team after playing three years in Philadelphia and playing for the Carolina Panthers last season. He has five career interceptions in 60 games as a professional.
Douglas joins fellow WVU product Karl Joseph in the Raiders’ secondary, who also signed with Las Vegas this offseason.
