WVU Football to Wear Traditional Road Uniform at Texas Tech

Rich Rodriguez’s WVU football team will return to action after their bye week wearing their traditional road uniform at Texas Tech.

West Virginia revealed their blue on white on gold combination with a video on Thursday night.

And while the Mountaineers should be rested and are coming off a big 24-20 win on the road at TCU, Rich Rodriguez’s team has their toughest challenge yet coming up. WVU will travel to Lubbock, Texas to face the (7-1, 4-1 Big 12) Texas Tech Raiders, who picked up a 34-26 win over Arizona.

West Virginia and Texas Tech will kickoff at 9:30 pm ET and the game will be nationally televised on ESPN.

Major sportsbooks have the Mountaineers as a 17.5-point underdog.
