Exree Loe is taking his talents overseas to play professional football, signing with the Munich Ravens of the European League of Football.

The team’s Twitter account announced the news on Friday.

Loe, who first arrived in Morgantown in 2017, had a stellar 2022 season, by far his best individual year as a Mountaineer. He recorded 53 total tackles while playing in all 12 games for only the second time in a season during his six-year career with WVU.

The Johnstown, Pennsylvania native ended his Mountaineer career with 184 total tackles, 13.5 tackles for a loss, two sacks, three fumble recoveries, and two forced fumbles for West Virginia.

Exree Loe declared for the NFL Draft and took part in WVU’s Pro Day, but was never drafted or signed by an NFL team.
