How Much Work Will Martavious Boswell Earn? | WVU Football All 105
All 105 is a West Virginia Sports Now series profiling each member of the 2026 WVU Football Roster.
In an offense predicated on a ground attack, Rich Rodriguez will need to find help behind star leading back Cam Cook. While Martavious Boswell will be in his first year under Rodriguez, his overall ability could earn him playing time and carries.
It will also be necessary for West Virginia to find production to share the workload behind Cook.
West Virginia beat out Kansas State, Mississippi State and Tulsa for Boswell as a transfer out of a community college.
Boswell was scheduled to visit Kansas State on Nov. 24 and Mississippi State a few days later on Nov. 28, but committed to WVU on Nov. 24. He also visited Southern Miss.
247 Sports ranks Boswell (5-foot-10, 170 pounds) as the No. 2 junior college running back on the market.
