JUCO DB has WVU in Top-3 with Decision Looming

A couple of days ago, I caught up with JUCO DB Jeremy Webb (6’3″ 201) out of ASA College.

He informed me that West Virginia is among his top 3 schools which also include Virginia Tech and Nebraska. Webb fits the bill of recent corners that have come to West Virginia such as Daryl Worley and Rasul Douglas with their long, athletic frame.

Webb was recently visited by Mountaineer head coach Dana Holgorsen and his assistants Tony Gibson, Doug Belk, Matt Caponi and Mark Scott.

“The visit was definitely nice. They told me how much I was needed and wanted. I have a lot of love for the program. They were the first school to offer me which means a lot.”

Webb does not have a decision date set, but told me that he does plan on signing during the early signing period later this month. He will also be visiting Morgantown this weekend.
