Steve Sabins and the WVU baseball program have added another bat to their lineup in transfer outfielder Brock Wills.

After deciding to enter the transfer portal on June 2, Wills revealed his commitment to West Virginia just over two weeks later. “Excited for my new chapter. I am a Mountaineer,” said Wills on X (formerly Twitter).

Wills comes to West Virginia from UNC Wilmington, where he spent three years. The 6-foot, 185-pound North Carolina native batted .351 and led his team with a .545 slugging percentage in 36 games during the 2025 season. He also hit six home runs and drove in 22 runs.

Overall, Wills has a .300 batting average with 12 home runs and 87 RBI so far in his college baseball career.
