Tennessee transfer forward Olivier Nkamhoua is one of the best transfers available in the portal currently. Nkamhoua has been visiting multiple schools, including West Virginia. Expect Nkamhoua to make a decision within the next couple of days, according to On3‘s Joe Tipton.
