Leftwich (6-foot-6, 290 lbs.) is from Westlake High School in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a three-star rated prospect by both 247Sports and rivals. He has division one offers from Arizona State, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi State, South Carolina, TCU, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Virginia and Wake Forest. Leftwich tweeted that he will be deciding where to go on July 19.
**West Virginia has offered 2022 wide receiver Tychuan Chapman.
