Gov. Jim Justice announced during his Wednesday press briefing that Morgantown bars will be shut down today at 4 p.m.
Justice takes up bars in Morgantown. He says state officials talked to them. "What do we do? Boom, right off the get-go. We've got people standing on top of people. We've got no masks."

Harrison County has shut down Lincoln High football for two weeks due to a person that was around the program recently testing positive for COVID-19. This notice was posted Wednesday on the Harrison County Board of Education website:

WVU president E. Gordon Gee put out a letter Wednesday morning urging WVU students to stop gathering outside bars and follow proper social distancing guidelines.
We’re disappointed to see students ignoring state and local protocols for distancing and gathering at bars. It’s critical that we come together as a University to keep our community safe.
