All 105 is a West Virginia Sports Now series profiling each member of the 2026 WVU Football Roster.

Having yet to earn a chance to put up numbers in college, Darius Morant hopes to show Rich Rodriguez enough to warrant an opportunity as a depth piece. Believing Morant has the talent and is a fit in his offense, Rodriguez signed the former Tempe Owl in January.

After being used as a practice star in 2025 and taking a redshirt year in 2024, Morant will now test himself at the Power Four level in the Big 12. But with West Virginia’s need to share the workload behind Cam Cook, it’s possible Rodriguez and his staff are ready to see what Morant can do on the field.

Post-Camp Outlook: Morant left the spring period firmly in the mix to compete for touches as a depth option behind Cook and even Amari Latimer.

Projected Role: WVU’s need to share the work should allow Morant to see the field and experience game action.

Accolades, Highlights: Earned all-league recognition, after helping lead St. Anthonyโ€™s to a 10-1 record and state championship.
